Welcome to Nordic Skincare Ireland. By placing an order or using our website at nordicskincare.ie, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Nordic Skincare Ireland is operated by Stephen Walpole, Ireland. For any questions, contact us at hello@nordicskincare.ie.

2. Products

We sell premium Nordic skincare products sourced from certified Scandinavian brands. Product descriptions, images, and ingredients are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We do not claim that all products are 100% organic unless specifically stated on the individual product page.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing your order if such an error occurs.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation by email does not constitute final acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your statutory rights are protected under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

All content on nordicskincare.ie — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Nordic Skincare Ireland or our suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Nordic Skincare Ireland is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected.
