Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nordic Skincare Ireland. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We hope to expand to additional countries in the near future — please check back for updates.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days within the Republic of Ireland and 3–5 business days to Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We offer free standard delivery on orders over a threshold — please check the checkout for current offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@nordicskincare.ie within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
