How old is your moisturiser?
Not when you bought it — when it was made. Most skincare sits in a warehouse for months before it reaches a shelf, then on that shelf for months more. The active ingredients that justify the price — vitamin C, peptides, plant extracts — degrade over time. By the time the product reaches your face, it may be a fraction of what the label promises.
NUORI’s answer was to rethink the supply chain entirely. Products are blended in small batches every 10 to 12 weeks. Fresh-batch dates are printed on every product. You always know how old it is.
It sounds obvious once you hear it. The rest of the industry would rather you didn’t think about it.
